Panel Interviews:
Organize interviews with a panel of interviewers, including nursing managers, HR representatives, and other relevant stakeholders, to gather diverse perspectives on the candidate.
Job Offer:
Extend a formal job offer to the selected candidate. Include details such as start date, working hours, and any other relevant information.
Conduct Initial Screening:
Conduct phone or initial video interviews to assess candidates' communication skills, basic qualifications, and their understanding of the role.
Technical and Clinical Assessment:
Depending on the nursing specialty, conduct technical and clinical assessments to evaluate the candidate's ability to perform specific tasks related to the job.
Background Checks:
Conduct thorough background checks to ensure the candidate has the necessary licenses, certifications, and a clean professional record.
