Staffing Agency Office coordinator -Mid-November Start
Indiana Healthcare Services is a care agency that provides care home with staff and domiciliary care throughout Devon and Cornwall.
We are currently expanding into Truro and the surrounding areas of Cornwall and are now recruiting for a full-time Office Coordinator to work alongside our Director as part of the new office/ branch of the main Plymouth Branch our services include staffing Agency and Domiciliary Care. We are looking for a member to join and develop this new office on 37.5 hours in Truro.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries from clients and job seekers.
Greet and assist visitors to the office.
Order and manage office supplies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Candidate Coordination: Assist in the screening and interviewing of job candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and files.
Schedule interviews and assessments for candidates.
Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, updates, and feedback.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
Be On call to cover the out of hours telephone calls
Required:
Driving licence and car
Immediate start available
