We are seeking compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of care and support services, including personal care, medication management, and assistance with daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different clients and environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care and support services to clients in their own homes
• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing and continence
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration
• Assist clients with daily tasks, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure the highest level of care and support
• Attend training and development sessions as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a care worker or in a related field
• Driving license and reliable car – Essential
• Enhanced DBS – can be processed by us
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Compassion and commitment to providing high-quality care
